Founder’s Message
Sigma Group SA was founded on the basis of pure business passion and the need of changing Africa continent. From the very start, we embedded a sense of such pragmatism in the culture of the group. It is this pragmatism that has helped us strive the most difficult of times but also allowed us to achieve greater success during times of our business challenges.
We accumulated more than 20 years of experience in Ethiopia, Guinea (Conakry), Kenya, UAE and other countries and committed to apply the same winner experience all over the African continent, and hence we established Sigma Group SA in Guinea, Conakry. And its main office is located at Cité Chemin de Fer, commune of Kaloum, Conakry, Guinea.
We, the founders, started our journey from simple business in our respective fields to such a complex industries in many countries. Thus the foundation of our group are rock solid. This foundations, for all our companies, have been cast in different countries as their market place.
In this age of globalization, we continue to grow at breathtaking speed. Speed and quality is a virtue that we stand by at all times.
Since the main assets of a company is his staffs, we invest a lot of money in hiring the best experts in each field we are engaged. And we make sure these professionals are up to date by providing the appropriate training both in country and abroad.
Discipline are inculcated in everyone of our employees. For us the journey has been a long one but we see it has the beginning of bigger things to come. Our next generation is now fully equipped to have the group formed and to unimaginable heights.
