The UTBS are low profile air handlers designed specifically for installation in false ceiling. The range includes 4 different sizes for airflows between 500 and 8000 m3/h:

• UTBS-2: airflow from 500 to 1700 m3/h and 360 mm height.
• UTBS-3: airflow from 1200 to 3000 m3/h and 410 mm height.
• UTBS-5: airflow from 2400 to 5000 m3/h and 410mm height.
• UTBS-8: airflow from 4000 to 8000 m3/h and 500 mm height.

The framework is made of extruded aluminium profiles and reinforced nylon corner joints.
Double skin sandwich panels with 25 mm mineral wool insulation (good thermal and acoustic performance).
Plastic coated outer panel and galvanised steel inner panel.
High performance backward curved centrifugal, direct driven fans (plug fans) dynamically balanced.
High efficiency three phase motors with protection IP54 and insulation class F. Motors are designed to work with a frequency drive.
Motors equipped with thermal protection (PTO).

F7 Filter supplied with the unit. Possibility of mounting a second filter (accessory).
Filter with low pressure drop.

Acoustic cabinet fan in galvanised sheet steel with reinforced insulation by:
– Double skin panels of 50mm. Rockwood insulated.
– Density 40 kg/m3.
– Fire rated A1 in accordance with EN 13 501-1 standard (non-flammable).
4 mounting feet.
In-line duct connection by circular flanges with integrated rubber seals. G4 grade filter integrated inside the cabinet on slides.
(On request, F5 or F7 grade filters).
Safety protection on the access cover for application where the cabinet fan is fixed into the ceiling.
Direct drive backward Plug-fan with integrated EC motor. Impeller in galvanized steel.

Range
4 models with airflows from 80 to 4000 m3/h.
Operation with complete electronic control.
5 versions:
– Electric heater (BRM, BRT).
– Hot water coil (BCR).
– Reversible water coil (BCFRR).
– Hot water coil + cold water coil (BCFR).
– Cold water coil (BFR).

Motors
– Direct drive Plug fans with EC motor.
– Single-phase or three-phase motor with thermal protection managed by electronics:
CAIB/T PRO-REG 08/18 : Single-phase 230V (200-277V), 50/60Hz, IP44, class B.
CAIB/T PRO-REG 28 : Single-phase 230V (200-277V), 50/60Hz, IP 54, class B.
CAIB/T PRO-REG 38 : Three-phase 400V (380-480V), 50/60Hz, IP54, class B.

Control
Includes manual or automatic control in modes: variable air volume system (VAV), constant pressure (COP) or constant air volume (CAV), through CO2 sensors or pressure (accessories).
Post-heating management thanks to the temperature probes in the unit.
Remote control included. Integrable into Modbus RS485 and BacNet TCP / IP communication networks.

Other characteristics
They can be installed both indoors and outdoors.
Temperature range of treated air from -25°C up to + 40°C.
Models with water coil include the supply of the corresponding regulating valves (1 per battery).
