Range of direct driven backward curved centrifugal cabinet fans designed for smoke extraction in fire conditions and certified F400-120 (CE marked). The casings are manufactured from a robust galvanised frame work combined with panels lined with 25 mm thickness of fireproof fibreglass acoustic insulation (M0). All models incorporate F400-120 rated motors approved to operate continuously (S1) and in emergency situations (S2).
Available, depending upon the model, with three phase motors in 4, 6 or 4/8 poles.

Motors
All the motors are IP55 Class H insulation.
Electrical supply.
Three phase 230/400V-50Hz (1 speed).
Three phase 400-50Hz (2 speeds).

Attributes

Backward curved centrifugal impellers
To avoid the accumulation of dirtiness or grease.
Dynamically balanced according to ISO 1940 standard.

Tight cabinet
Condensation drain holes to eliminate condensed water.
Easy to install
All fans are fitted with rigid framework with lifting rings to ease the installation on floor or ceiling.

Panels manufactured from heavy gauge galvanized sheet steel internally lined with fireproof acoustic insulation (M0), to reduce significantly the radiated noise.
Anti-vibration mounts
To reduce vibration and noise transmissions to the installation.
Robustness
Quality finishing, with aluminium corners providing a high robustness.

Belt driven cabinet fans CVHT Series – F400-120 rated cabinet fans

CVHT

Range of belt driven cabinet fans designed for smoke extraction in fire conditions and certified F400-120 (CE marked). The casings are manufactured from heavy gauge galvanised sheet steel. All models incorporate double inlet forward curved centrifugal impellers.
Belt-driven transmission system mounted external to the air stream. Motor mounted within the fan cabinet onto a specific support giving optimal belt tension.
Supplied as standard in horizontal discharge (code H) or vertical (code V) configuration with motor, pulley and belt assembly on the right hand side of the unit when viewed from the discharge end.

Motors
All motors are IP55, class F insulation.
Electrical supply:Three phase230/ 400V-50Hz, up to 3 kW.
400V-50Hz, for higher motor powers.
On request
Motor, pulley and belt assembly fitted on the left hand side of the unit when viewed from the discharge end (TI version).Two speed motors (4/8 and 4/6 poles).
Single phase motors 230V-50Hz up to 2,2 kW.
Single phase motor (CVHB) up to 2,2 kW.

CVST

Range of forward curved belt drive cabinet fans designed for smoke extraction in fire conditions and certified F400-120 (CE marked). The casings are manufactured from galvanised sheet steel. Internally lined with 7 mm thickness of melamine thermo- acoustic insulation. All models incorporate a single inlet low pressure centrifugal fan mounted on anti-vibration mounts and flexible coupling at the discharge. Supplied as standard in horizontal discharge (code H) configuration with motor, pulley and belt assembly on the left hand side of the unit when viewed from the discharge outlet (code CW).

All motors are IP55, class F insulation.
Electrical supply:
Three phase 220-240/380-415-50/60*Hz, up to 3 kW.

Three phase 380-415V-50Hz, for higher motor powers and two speed motors.

All motor above 3 kW are mounted onto an adjoining support frame.
All three phase motors are speed controllable by frequency inverter.
