The PIV unit draws air from the attic, where temperature is always higher than external air, passes air via a filter and supplies it into the dwelling via hallway below attic.

G4 filter is oversized (to 3 sides of the unit, 270º) to increase service life.
The unit includes 4 operating schemes with DC and low consumption motor, automatic regulation of airflows and electric battery that allows constant supply temperature.

Certified of Approval Noise Abatement Society (TD-350, TD-500, TD-800 and TD-1000 models).
Manufactured in plastic material, with a specifically designed internal skin to direct the sound waves at the right angle for them to be captured by the sound-absorbent material (1). Fitted with rubber gaskets on the inlet and outlet to absorb vibrations, a body that can be dismantled. Connection box can be rotated 360º, to facilitate easy connection of the power cable.

Motors
Speed controlable 230V-50Hz motor, of 2-speed or 3-speed motors. IP44.
Motors are class B, with ball bearings and safety thermal overload protection.

TD-SILENT-T models
TD-SILENT versions fitted with a run-on-timer adjustable within 1 and 30 minutes and 1-speed or 3-speed motors not suitable for speed control.

Auto-adjustable whole house extract group that ensures permanent renovation of air in single-dwellings. Conceived to run continuously, it guarantees the requiremenets stablished in the Technical Building Code. Equipped with centrifugal fan and 3-speed 230V-50Hz motor to adjust it to the needs of each project.
The system should include airflow regulators or suitable auto-adjustable valves in the wet areas of the house (bathrooms and kitchen) and ECA air vents in the dry areas (living room, bedrooms), via which outside air will be introduced.

Characteristics
• 4 inlet valves of Ø80 mm for toilets and bathrooms, removable by means of a quarter turn and fitted with two ring clamps allowing a quick and watertight installation of the ducts without tools and clamps.
• Exhaust automatically regulated valves for kitchen of Ø125 mm.
• Discharge port of Ø125/160 mm allowing to expel the exhaust air tothe outside.
• Terminal box fitted.
• Four plastic covers to block the exhaust valves that are not operating.
